An ICU nurse pleaded guilty to tampering with pain medications, including fentanyl.
According to the U.S Attorney’s Office, the nurse admitted to stealing fentanyl and hydromorphone intended for patients in the intensive care unit at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore. The nurse also confessed to swapping pain medication with tap water in March and April 2022.
