Drug diversion case registry: download the data
Every case in the registry as one CSV or JSON file, so you can cite and analyse it without retyping from the case pages.

730 cases, one row per case page, dated 1983-03-29 to 2026-10-30, across 52 states and territories. Both files hold the same records with the same field names.
CSV: UTF-8, comma-separated, header row, fields quoted where needed. JSON: an object with
generated_at, record_count, fields and a cases array.
Where the records come from
Public records, compiled by Alex Rodriguez for drugdiversionprevention.com. Case summaries are based on public records (DOJ press releases, court documents, news reports). Each record links its source: 588 cite a primary record and 142 cite contemporaneous news coverage where no published federal, state or licensing-board record was located. Charges are allegations unless a conviction is noted.
The export carries only what each case page already shows: its title, date, location, era, the
“Case at a Glance” facts and the source link. Nothing is inferred; an empty cell means the
record does not state it. The written case analysis stays on each case page (linked in the url field).
